DOUBLE WALLED HOT WATER HEATER
The Double Walled Hot Water Heater, is a heating installation element that heats the stored water to its usage temperature (Max 650C) by means of different heat sources and prepares the domestic hot water if needed.
As examples of heat sources, steam boiler, heat pump, solar collector, hot water boiler or electric can be preferred.
With the widespread installation of central heating systems in buildings, the need for domestic water has also been started to be supplied through these centers.
These water heaters are used to supply the mains water in bathrooms, sinks, and hot water in living areas such as kitchens.
Hot Water Heaters are generally used as central hot water preparation systems for more economic benefit, instead of individual hot water production in areas where people live collectively. It is economical and convenient to use in places where the number of people who open taps at the same time is high, such as schools, dormitories, hotels, factories, barracks, apartments, hospitals, construction sites. In addition, in areas where hot water heaters are insufficient, storage tanks are used together with heat exchangers and very effective solutions are offered.
A closed circuit is created by means of a pump and circulation is provided. There are thermostat inputs on hot water heaters for temperature control. According to the measured values from these inputs, the flow is interrupted by the pump control. Heating is provided with maximum efficiency by adjusting the inlet temperature and pump speed according to the targeted heating time.
