Condensate Tank; In systems using steam as the heating fluid, the tank where the steam, which leaves most of the heat in the system, is stored after it turns into water, is defined as "CONDENSATION TANK".

Thanks to the closed cycle obtained by collecting the lime-free, hot condensate water in the condensate tank and feeding it back to the boiler, it significantly reduces fuel consumption.

Condensate tanks are made of S235JR quality carbon steel and painted with corrosion resistant paint. It can be manufactured as stainless steel, galvanized coating or enamel coating optionally.

The hot condensate water collected in the condensate tank is sent back to the steam boiler by means of the pump. In systems with high raw water inlet rate in the tank, a heater is added.

According to customer preference, it is insulated with glass wool or rock wool and covered with galvanized, aluminum, or stainless sheet.
